Christmas Postage Deadline - 2025

It's crazy to think its that time of year again, but Christmas is fast approaching and with it comes the cut off point to make sure you get your orders in time for the big day. As standard, all our items are sent out using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service, however, you can choose to upgrade to a quicker service at checkout if you miss the deadline, or just need your item sooner.

Here's a look at this years cut off dates & times: Tracked 48 - Friday, December 29th 2025 at 3pm

Tracked 24 - Monday, December 22nd at 3pm (Upgrade at checkout)

Special Delivery by 1pm - Tuesday, December 23rd at 10am (Upgrade at checkout)

Christmas is a busy time, especially for the postal service, so please ensure you order in plenty of time to avoid delays - we're doing our part to get orders packed and posted as quickly as possible, however, some items like Candles & Wax Melts may need to be made from scratch.

Order over Christmas & New Year:

During the Christmas break our website will remain open and you can carry on shopping as normal however, we'll be taking a few days off to enjoy the festivities with friends and family - so, responses to emails and messages may take slightly longer than normal - and orders won't be shipped between select dates since theirs no post.

Orders over Christmas will be shipped on Monday, December 29th 2025 and Orders over New Year will be shipped on Monday, January 5th 2026. Merry Christmas from all of us
