RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. As standard, our items comes with a 14 day return which begins from the date that your order arrives with you. Where an item is being returned for any reason other than being defective, the customer is responsible for covering the return costs - unless otherwise previously agreed. There are some exceptions to this policy, as provided for by the Right of Withdrawl in EU law. These exceptions inlcude items such as Jewellery which can not be returned due to hygenie reasons. Please contact us prior to returning your order so we can help facilitate a smooth returns process for you.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWL. Under the EU and UK’s distance selling laws, buyers have the right to return certain products for any reason by contacting the seller within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment a customer receives a product, rather than at the time he or she purchases it. Within that time frame, buyers can change their minds and return products without providing a reason. This rule does not apply to custom-made products, digital items, certain perishable goods, or goods that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons and are unsealed after delivery. Goods which can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons could include items such as earrings and underwear. CANCELLATION You have the right to cancel your order at any time without reason prior to it being dispatched. In order to do so, please contact us. Once your order has been posted, we are unable to process a cancellation request. You can however, request a return, as outlined in the section above.

Last updated 05 October 2023 This Privacy Policy describes how and when H&S Handmade Gifts (“I”, “me”, “my”) collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item from H&S Handmade Gifts (hshandmadegifts.com), contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services. I generally keep your data for the following time period: five (5) years. Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. If I am required to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified. You can object to (a) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (b) receiving marketing messages from me. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue storing and using your information or if it is needed for legal reasons.   - Right to Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

COPYRIGHT & DMCA We take reports of DMCA & Copyright extremely serously and will always act inline with legal requirements. In the event you need to submit a DMCA report, you can do so using the form below. As a courtesy, we'll let you know once your report has been actioned and the items rectified.

DELIVERY POLICY. The majority of our orders are dispatched through Royal Mail - the postal service in the UK. We aim to post all orders, unless otherwise stated on the listing (such as pre-orders), within three working days. For the majority of our items, both domestic and interational, you will have the ability to upgrade the delivery service used - including tracked delivery. Where an item is sent via non-tracked methods. We may not be able to assist with loss of items caused through delivery companies. We reserve the right to use a different delivery service without prior notice.
