Over the past three years, we've been working hard to remove excess plastic from our packaging and move to using eco-friendly options.
We're now shipping the majority of our orders in boxes, which can be reused or easily recycled when they arrive with you. Inside, we're using packing paper and dissolvable packing peanuts to keep your orders safe.
Where we do need to use plastics still, we're working to find alternative solutions and in the mean time ensuring that as much of it is able to be recycled as possible.
Please check local recycling restrictions to ensure you dispose of your orders packing as effectively as possible.

We love working with customers to help fulfil orders and welcome enquiries for custom, large and wholesale orders.
Under our store categories, you'll find a 'Request Custom Order' button. You can submit your request here and we'll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss how we can assist.
For item specific requests, you can also contact us from the listing page and we'll be happy to assist however we can.
We've worked with local and international companies, supplying them with items to support their businesses and also had the pleasure of supplying larger orders to customers around the world.

If you're contacting us in relation to an order you've placed, please include your order number so we can find your order details and assist you swiftly.
If you're contacting us in relation to an order placed through an alternative online store, such as Etsy, it's best to contact u directly through that platform, as this links to your order information over there and will enable us to assist you easier.
