  • Packaging
    Over the past three years, we've been working hard to remove excess plastic from our packaging and move to using eco-friendly options. We're now shipping the majority of our orders in boxes, which can be reused or easily recycled when they arrive with you. Inside, we're using packing paper and dissolvable packing peanuts to keep your orders safe. Where we do need to use plastics still, we're working to find alternative solutions and in the mean time ensuring that as much of it is able to be recycled as possible. Please check local recycling restrictions to ensure you dispose of your orders packing as effectively as possible.
  • Custom & Wholesale Orders
    We love working with customers to help fulfil orders and welcome enquiries for custom, large and wholesale orders. Under our store categories, you'll find a 'Request Custom Order' button. You can submit your request here and we'll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss how we can assist. For item specific requests, you can also contact us from the listing page and we'll be happy to assist however we can. We've worked with local and international companies, supplying them with items to support their businesses and also had the pleasure of supplying larger orders to customers around the world.

    If you nee assistance we're happy to help. You can contact us through a number of methods. The easiest way is to us the 'Let's Chat' feature in the bottom left of your screen, which allows you to chat with us directly so we can assist you with ease. It also provides extra features which can speed up support. You can also reach out to us through the 'Contact Us' page where you'll find a contact form. Fill in the sections and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Another option is to contact us via email. You can send a message to us at support@hshandmadegifts.com and well get back to you as soon as we can. If you're contacting us in relation to an order you've placed, please include your order number so we can find your order details. If you're contacting us in relation to an order placed through our Etsy store, it's best to contact us via Etsy as this links to your order information over there and will enable us to assist you easier.
  • Shipping Information - UK
    At checkout, you'll have the option to select the delivery service which works best for you - Standard is the default but, where available, you can upgrade to faster, tracked and also next day services. We like to keep things simple, so we never charge for fast tracking your order, we aim to pack and despatch all items within their stated times, which for the majority of items is 1 working day. For the vast majority of our UK orders, we'll post them to you with Royal Mail as we've found them to be the most reliable and efficient delivery service. Though, for larger items, we may at times use other companies and tracking information will always be made available when your orders on it's way. If you have any questions please
  • Shipping Information - Germany
    Following the introduction of new legislation in Germany, back in Summer 2022, we are currently unable to send any orders to German customers. We are continuing to seek a solution to this and are exploring how we can restore service to our amazing German fans. If you'd like additional information please message us.
  • Shipping Information - Rest of the World
    We're thrilled to have fans around the world, with our items heading across the globe to destinations Including America, Australia and everywhere in between. For our International orders we use Royal Mail (& their forwarding partners) to ensure that our orders arrive with you safely and your order should arrive within 14 working days. Using Royal Mail's network we're able to sell to the majority of countries and territories all around the world, with a few exceptions - which can be found on Royal Mails website. We've recently updated our shipping information, ensuring that you're getting the best value for money on shipping and access to tracked services at an affordable rate.
  • How do I earn points?
    Currently, you can earn points through a number of methods. These points can then be saved or redeemed to get money off your next order with us. You'll get 20 points when you sign up and create a profile with us, which is enough to reclaim your first award. Then, you'll earn 1 Point for every £1 you spend through our website store, which you can save and redeem for future orders.   • How do I spend my rewards?
    As a member of our rewards club, each time you shop with us you'll earn points which can be redeemed to save you money off future orders. To claim your reward, you'll need to convert your points the reward of your choice. You can choose to save points to use towards larger rewards, or convert them as soon as you have enough. You can view your points balance, as well as claim rewards and see active rewards, on the 'My Rewards' section of your profile.   • What are the current reward options?
